Himani revealed that when Alok Nath doesn’t drink, his on-screen image is like him. However, after a few drinks, he becomes a different person. Himani said, “I have worked with him a lot in the past and the thing with him is that when he doesn’t drink, he is very cultured. His personality was like Jekyll and Hyde.”

Himani further revealed that Alok Nath once created a ruckus by drinking alcohol during the shooting of ‘Hum Aapke Hain Kaun’. She told that he was usually calm and professional on the film set but as soon as the clock struck 8, the other side of his personality would come out. Himani mentioned another incident in which she had traveled with Alok Nath and his wife and he had gone out of control due to alcohol.
He said, “Apart from one incident at the National School of Drama (NSD), I never had any problem with him. But I had heard from people that he was a different person after a few drinks. In fact, I saw it once. When we were travelling for an award show, he was drunk and out of control, and his wife kept telling him to calm down, even I told him to control himself or else he would have been deboarded from the plane because of his behaviour.”
Alok Nath left the industry after 2019
Let us tell you that Alok Nath started his acting career with television in 1980 with Rishtey-Nate. The actor had a long and illustrious career in films and TV shows. However, he suddenly left the industry after the film ‘De De Pyar De’ released in 2019. He was also accused of sexual harassment by several actresses during Bollywood’s ‘Me Too’ movement in 2018-19.
